Amid the excitement of returning to in-person events, we want to assure you that the well-being of all event participants is paramount in light of the ongoing pandemic. Though we can’t control everything, we are committed to doing our part to promote safety and good public health practices where we can.

With that, Chartis Clinical Quality strongly encourages all National Seminar participants (registrants, speakers, and our staff) to receive COVID vaccination prior to joining the event. We are currently evaluating options for special accommodation for those who may be unwilling or unable to receive the vaccine due to health and/or other religious reasons.

No recording or reproduction of our presentation is permitted without the express written consent of Chartis Clinical Quality Solutions.

Photography/Recording Disclaimer:

Chartis Clinical Quality may record or photograph program activities for both archival and promotional purposes. By attending Chartis Clinical Quality Program, attendees give Chartis Clinical Quality unrestricted permission to use any attendee’s voice and image in any such archival or promotional recording or photography without any compensation or credit to the attendee.

Cancellation Policy:

1) Cancellations received by Chartis Clinical Quality 30 days or more prior to the seminar start date are eligible for a credit or refund, less a $250 cancellation fee. The credit is valid for up to six months from the date of the canceled seminar.

2) Cancellations made 30 to 10 days prior to the seminar start date are ineligible for refunds but are eligible for payment transfer credit to another Chartis Clinical Quality seminar. This requires an additional transfer fee of $250 and must be paid prior to transferring your seminar registration. The credit is valid for up to six months from date of the canceled seminar.

3) Participants who cancel fewer than 10 days prior to the seminar start date are ineligible for refund/credit.
