Terri Carbone, RN, NA

Terri Carbone is an Associate Principal with Chartis. She is a seasoned healthcare professional experienced in operational leadership, change management, process improvement, and process redesign in multiple clinical areas. Enhancing care quality, the patient and end user experience, operational effectiveness, and patient safety remain at the forefront of the work that she has directed. Terri is a nurse anesthetist and sees the clinician experience as the key driver to adoption. Her operational experience and her ability to build relationships with physicians, nursing leadership, information technology constituents, and staff clinicians have resulted in successful outcomes in consulting and for the departments under her direction.

Prior to joining Chartis, Terri served as Director of Surgical Services for Henry Ford Hospital, Administrative Director for Surgical Services and Anesthesia at St. John-Providence (Ascension) and Bon Secours Cottage Health Services (Michigan).

Terri holds a Graduate Certificate from the Health Information Technology Nursing Executive Program at the University of Colorado; a Master of Science in anesthesia from Wayne State University; and a Bachelor of Science, Nursing, from the University of Toledo/Medical College of Ohio.
